* Automation Platform can utilize both AI and non-AI solutions
The Stroke CT Intracranial Hemorrhage (CINA® ICH) application*1,2 utilizes deep learning algorithms to flag images in a data set which may show signs of an intracranial hemorrhage in non-contrast CT imaging.
This application outputs DICOM data, highlighting images showing a suspected ICH.
Regulatory: MDR, FDA
Signs of early ischemic changes in non-contrast CT can be challenging to detect. The initial hours from symptom onset are critical to a positive patient prognosis.
The Stroke CT Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score (CINA® ASPECTS) application*1,3 utilizes deep learning algorithms to help identify and locate areas of potential ischemia and provides an ASPECT score within a non-contrast CT imaging series.
Regulatory: CE, FDA
The Large Vessel Occlusion (CINA® LVO) application*1,2 utilizes deep learning algorithms to identify large vessel occlusions in CT Angiography (CTA) imaging of patients with suspected cerebral infarct. The LVO application accurately identifies distal ICA, MCA M1 and proximal MCA M2 occlusions and significantly speeds up the diagnosis for treatment planning.*4
Regulatory: CE, FDA
The Stroke CT Brain Perfusion application utilizes Bayesian CTP+ algorithms to provide zero-click perfusion analysis in order to aid in the identification of areas of cerebral perfusion disturbances in stroke patients.
This application provides perfusion maps, angiographic maximum intensity projections, and a summary map showing potential areas of cerebral perfusion disturbances.*5
Regulatory: CE, FDA
The MR Diffusion Perfusion Mismatch automatically generates DWI-PWI mismatch results based on computed maps for reperfusion therapy while saving time.
Regulatory: MDR, FDA
The MR DWI/FLAIR Measurement is an image processing application indicated for use in the analysis of MR Diffusion weighted images (DWI) and MR Fluid Attenuated Inversion Recovery (FLAIR) images. It helps identify patients presenting within 3 - 4.5 hours of the ischemic event.
Regulatory: MDR, FDA

Leveraging Additional Layers of Intelligence
“The greatest impact of the Automation Platform for the team is seen during night-time, due to the quick availability of the images.”
Stijn Bollen, Radiologist, the Groene Hart Ziekenhuis (GHZ), Gouda, the Netherlands.
Exploring the Potential of AI for Clinical Practice
“We anticipate a faster and improved workflow in acute stroke imaging with the Automation Platform, as well as support for the radiologist in making the correct diagnosis and to aid the clinicians in treatment decision-making.”
Dr. Anton Meijer, Neuroradiologist, Radboudumc.
