48-year-old male with elevated lipid levels. Ultra-High Resolution imaging (0.2 mm, 1024 matrix) with DLR demonstrates calcified plaque in the proximal LAD, while also revealing substantial underlying noncalcified plaque that is only clearly appreciated on the DLR images.
