Dr. Vishisht Mehta is the Director of Interventional Pulmonology at the Lung Center of Nevada, a division of Comprehensive Cancer Centers and also the Department Chair of Pulmonology at MountainView Hospital, both in Las Vegas. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine in Las Vegas, NV. He is fellowship trained in Interventional Pulmonology, which specializes in the minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment of lung conditions.

He has authored and reviewed various scholarly articles. At international conferences, he has been a presenter and moderator for numerous sessions. He has also received awards and grants for his research endeavors. He is a recipient of the prestigious Fellow of the College of Chest Physicians designation from CHEST (American College of Chest Physicians), is a Diplomate of the American Association of Bronchology & Interventional Pulmonology, Fellow of the American Thoracic Society, serves on the Nevada Leadership Board of the American Lung Association and the Executive Board of the Nevada Cancer Coalition and the American Lung Association’s Nevada chapter. He is also the Founder of the Nevada Lung Foundation and Pulmonary.ai, both of which are his personal projects to improve lung health and AI education respectively. He has been recognized by Vegas Inc. with its prestigious “40 Under 40” award in 2023.

Dr. Kim is a pulmonologist at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital and holds the position of Assistant Professor at Seoul National University College of Medicine.

Dr. Kim’s clinical and research interests are focused on risk reduction, screening, early detection, and prompt diagnosis and staging of lung cancer. He is involved in several clinical trials in lung cancer screening, nodule management, and interventional pulmonology and is also the principal investigator of several government-funded projects in South Korea.

He is a co-founding member of the Asia Pacific Coalition Against Lung Cancer (APCLC) and serves as a member of the Global Multidisciplinary Practice Standards Committee (GMPSC) of the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC). Dr. Kim is also a planning committee member of the American Thoracic Society (ATS) Thoracic Oncology Assembly (TOA) and a member of the Interventional Pulmonology Outcomes Group (IPOG).

Professor Samantha Ellis is a specialist radiologist at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, and serves as Head of Body and Thoracic Imaging.

Prof. Ellis is a member of the steering committee for the Australian Interstitial Lung Disease Registry (AILDR) and is actively involved in teaching and research in this specialty area.

Prof. Ellis also sits on the executive committee of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Thoracic Radiology (ANZSTR) and is a steering committee member of the lung cancer screening working group within the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR).

Extensive collaboration with Cancer Australia, the Department of Health and multiple specialty craft groups has enabled the commencement of the National Lung Cancer Screening Program in Australia, on July 1st this year.
